All regular members are required to submit a signed medical form. You will be sent a copy of this form together with a bill for coaching and membership fees after the annual Swap. The medical form is also available here in PDF format. Registration is not complete until GPSC has received the completed medical form and payment of the bill.

Membership and coaching fees are explained in the rate schedules ( Regular or GPSC Holiday/New Year Camp or GPSC Saturday Ski Camp)
